Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall engage top competence in relation to construction and restoration of roads, bridges, supporting structures as well as road traffic engineering and road traffic engineering measures in order to expend the capacity and comply with functional requirement related to the company we intends to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of services related to this area.
