A new local bridge over Otra will connect Sørlandet hospital via Egsveien to county road 1, Torridalsveien, on the east side of Otra and will increase the road network's robustness.
Detailed regulations shall be prepared for the new bridge including a public transport lane, a junction solution on both sides of the river, alterations to the foot/cycle paths and connections to a possible tunnel entrance at Baneheia.
