The assignment includes detailed designing a new E18 Varodd bridge and adjoining roads. The bridge is approximately 640 m long and 19 m wide. The bridge location is in Kristiansand Municipality, approximately 4 km east of the centre of Kristiansand.
The assignment includes everything shown as new facility on the zoning plan undertaken on 21.3.2012; both the new bridge, demotion of the bridge from 1956, reconstruction of the bridge from 1994, walkways/bicycle paths-road bridges and all adjoining roads and facilities.
