Short description
The Nursing Home Agency (Norwegian abbreviation: SYE) shall in 2020/2021 enter into contracts for long term hire and services agreements for up to 800 new long-term places. The assignment includes the engineering design, construction, hire, operations and maintenance of nursing homes, as well as related services. The service providers must have their own suitable sites at disposal in Oslo. The services must be provided by a non-profit organisation.
SYE requests dialogues with relevant providers at an early stage of the project. Relevant service providers in the market are therefore invited to a tender conference. We want to get in contact with relevant providers with knowledge and interest in establishing nursing homes and nursing home.
